How to Send Log Files for Troubleshooting in Eddie Desktop App

If you encounter an issue while using the Eddie desktop app, sending us your log files can help our engineers diagnose and resolve the problem more efficiently. Here’s how you can find and send your logs:

Step 1: Locate Your Log Files

  1. Open the Eddie desktop app.

  2. Navigate to the Contact us section.

  3. Look for an option labeled Get Logs for Support.

  4. Click on it, and a folder containing log files will open.

Step 2: Select the Log Files

  • The folder will contain multiple log files. To ensure we have all the necessary details, please select all the files in this folder.

Step 3: Send the Log Files to Us

  1. Attach the log files to an email.

  2. In the subject line, mention your issue briefly (e.g., "Export Error - Log Files").

  3. Send the email to [email protected]
