Here's how to hide the markers or delete the markers from within Premiere.
To Turn Off (Hide) Markers Visually
There’s no global “off switch,” but you can hide markers per track in the timeline:
Click the wrench icon (Timeline Display Settings) in the timeline panel.
Uncheck Show Clip Markers or Show Sequence Markers depending on what you want hidden.
To Delete Markers
opening the clip/sequence.
Going to the Markers panel.
Selecting All, and then hit Delete on your keyboard
