If:
Eddie couldn't pull in the correct start timecode and you're having trouble relinking media back in your NLE (Premiere, Resolve, FCP) or
you created proxies and want to rename files or adjust start timecode and framerate for relinking back to them
you can do so by clicking the file icon on the left side of the header bar:
It will pop up a modal like this which you can edit the file's metadata:
Then click export and now your media should seamlessly relink.
