If you are having playback issues in the video player in Eddie, you can toggle to using proxies as the playback method.
Here's how to change the media playback setting:
Hover over the video player.
Click the gear icon at the bottom right
Then choose "Proxies".
If you're having trouble with "Proxies" (or proxies haven't been created yet), choose "Originals"
Contact support if you are still having issues.
Why there may be playback issues:
Eddie tried to play your original files or tried to play local proxies but they were on a drive that is no longer accessible
