Signing in with SSO / SAML

How to sign in when your organization uses SSO, why you will not receive a six-digit code, and how to request SSO setup.

Signing in when your organization uses SSO

Once SSO is set up for your company, this is how you sign in:

  1. Below the Email me a code button, choose Sign in with SSO.

  2. Enter your work email address.

  3. You are taken straight to your company's own sign-in page. Sign in there as you normally would.

That returns you to Eddie, signed in. The same steps work in a browser, in the Eddie desktop app, and on your phone.

You will not receive a six-digit code, and that is correct

When your organization is on SSO, your identity provider becomes the only way in. Email codes are switched off for everyone on your domain.

So if you typed your address, chose Email me a code, and nothing arrived, your email is fine and your account is fine. Use Sign in with SSO instead.

If SSO does not work

  • Use your work address. A personal address is not connected to your company's SSO and will not route there.

  • If you see a message saying SSO is not available for your address, your domain is not connected yet. Email [email protected] and tell us the domain.

  • If your company's sign-in page refuses you, that is a permissions question for your own IT team: your account may not be assigned to the Eddie application yet.

Setting SSO up for your organization

SSO and SAML are part of our enterprise plans. To start, contact Sales. We will configure your identity provider with you and confirm when it is ready.

Eddie AI supports common providers, including:

  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  • Okta

  • Google Workspace

  • OneLogin

  • Ping Identity

  • Other SAML 2.0 providers
