Final Cut Pro is a bit different from the other editing platforms such as Premiere and Resolve - instead of XML (the standard for exporting timelines), FCP uses their proprietary format, FCPXML.
How To Import A FCPXML into FCP
Open up Final Cut Pro.
Go to File > Import > XML
Choose your FCPXML that you exported from Eddie
Make sure that you have your source video downloaded as well or stored locally so it can link to your timeline.
Click "Open"
And that's about it. Easy, right?
