Final Cut Pro is a bit different from the other editing platforms such as Premiere and Resolve - instead of XML (the standard for exporting timelines), FCP uses their proprietary format, FCPXML.

  • How To Import A FCPXML into FCP

  • Open up Final Cut Pro.

  • Go to File > Import > XML

  • Choose your FCPXML that you exported from Eddie

    • Make sure that you have your source video downloaded as well or stored locally so it can link to your timeline.

  • Click "Open"
